A SHORT INSTRUCTION How to install the main and post processors of the multi-inverse method for windows Main processor: version 6.02 (mim60.exe) Post processor: version 4.16 (miv4.exe) INSTRATION ******************** (1) Create a start directory in your hard drive, for example: c:\app\mim (directory name is arbitrary). (2) Extract all files in the directory. EXECUTION ********************* (1) Run mim60.exe to execute the main processor. The software opens a console window in which the progress of the execution is indicated. Once the software is launched, an open dialog pops up to prompt the user to designate a data file with the extension ".fdt". As soon as the file is specified, another dialog appears to receive the file name and the directory in which the result is stored. The file has the file extension ".mi4" in default. (2) Run miv4.exe to execute the post processor to visualize the result.
